Spring 2022 Newsletter

Hello,

We’re excited for Spring and all the fun that comes with it.  Please read through the entire email as we have a lot of upcoming events.

Spring Break:  Jolley’s Gym will be on Spring Break from April 14th to April 16th.  No classes will be held.  Classes will resume on Monday April 18th.

New Student Registration: March 1st we will start registration for new students that will be preschool or kindergarten age for the 2022-2023 school year.  If you have daughters that age or know of anyone interested please have them check out jolleysgym.com/new-student.

Class Pictures:  Picture week is March 14th through the 17th.  Make sure your daughter is on time to class for picture day so she doesn’t miss the team photo.  The team picture options and order forms will come home as we get closer to the date.  Please have your daughter wear their costume on their assigned picture day.

Live Shots: Saturday, March 12th. Live Shots are action shots of your daughter while she’s doing her tricks.  You receive a digital copy of the pictures they take. Limited space is available and you must sign up to participate. The cost is $30 due when you sign up.  You will be assigned a specific half hour time slot between 1:00 – 4:30 pm on that day based on your daughter’s skill level.  The signup is here.  The last day to sign up will be Saturday, March 5th. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Spring Performance:  This performance is a way to showcase what your daughter has been working on all year.  We ask that you make every effort to attend the performance.  If you have an unavoidable conflict please let your daughter’s teacher know as soon as possible.  It is frustrating and confusing when they have to perform it with unexpected missing teammates.  Please be considerate of all the hard work and effort put in by your daughter’s teachers and teammates, and make this performance a priority.  More details to follow at a later date.

Drop Off:  We ask that you stay in your car and keep the line moving as you drop off.  If you need to exit your vehicle or stop for an extended period of time, please park in a stall.  Do not stop and hold up the drop off line.  We have between 40-60 girls being dropped off at the same time as your daughter.

Thanks for all your support.  We love working with your daughters to accomplish hard things.

~Crystal & Rachel
