December Newsletter

Seasons Greetings,

Just a reminder that our last day of class this month is Monday December 21st.  Starting December 22nd we will be on Christmas break through January 1st.  Classes will resume on Saturday January 2nd.

There are a few items we’d like to go other with everyone before the year ends.

New Student Registration: In January we will start registration for new students that will be preschool or kindergarten age for the 2021-2022 school year.  If you have girls interested or know of anyone interested please have them check out jolleysgym.com/new-student starting January 4th.

We will also be holding evaluations for students wishing to join the studio this season on January 2nd and January 30th.

Private Lessons: We are making an adjustment to how private lessons are paid for.  Our policy has always been that lessons should be paid for when you sign up.  To ease this process, payment will now be part of the signup process.

When you select your desired private lesson time(s). The site will calculate the cost and take you to a payment page.  You will then pay for your lesson(s) to complete the signup process.

Your lesson will not be scheduled if you don’t complete payment.  Upon payment you will receive the confirmation email.

Lessons for the following month will still go live at noon on the second to last Friday of the current month.  For example January 2021 lessons are live as of Friday December 18th at noon.  February lessons will be live on Friday January 22nd at noon.

Auto Pay Option for Monthly Tuition: In January we will be offering an auto pay option for monthly tuition.  This option and its features will be explained when you receive your January tuition statement.  This will be optional for most students.

Lastly, we are so grateful for all our students and parents.  Your support and generosity is appreciated.  We love working with our teachers, assistants, and amazing students.  We wish you all a Merry Christmas and are excitedly optimistic about next year.
