Parent Observation Days: They are listed on the “Studio Policies” sent home in June, and on the website.

COMMITMENT FEE:  $30.00 due with August Tuition.  Required of all students except Saturday classes (They do not perform).  The money will go toward your daughter’s Costume and Performance fee for the year.  Fee is non-refundable.  It ensures your daughter’s performance spot in her class.  We are already in the process of ordering fabric for this year’s costume.  It takes several months for our seamstress to make costumes to be ready for Dec. performance.  Non payment could result in your daughter losing her performance spot.

COSTUMES: We will begin measuring your daughters in September.  Costumes are a custom design with custom sizing, made from high quality fabric by our team of seamstresses.  They will be sized with growing room so they can be worn for all studio events during the season, plus be worn to class next season.

PERFORMANCE FEE:  It  covers the cost of Music, Awards, Decorations, Auditorium Rental, Extra Performance staff etc.

Exact cost of costume/performance fee has not yet been determined .  Last season it was $70.00

PRIVATE LESSONS – NEW PROCEDURE:  Those wishing to sign up, will sign up in the cubby closet in room 1.  All lessons are pre-pay.  You will sign up for the day, time, and teacher of your choice – putting the payment in the box provided (Made out to the applicable teacher).  You may sign up for one lesson per month on a first come first serve basis.  Times available will be posted 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the month.  After the beginning of the month, you may sign up for any remaining spots.

MINI CLINICS:  These are specialized to help on specific tricks.  Days, times, and tuition will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and on studio windows.  You will sign up and pay in the same manner as the private lessons.  Do not put the payment in the regular tuition box.  Payment checks must be written out to the teacher holding the clinic.  Sign up on a first come first serve basis.  Space is always limited.

*We cannot stress home practice enough.  It makes a huge impact on your daughter’s progress.

*Class time conflicts and changes must be taken up with your daughter’s current teacher.

*We seldom send home “News letters”.  They will be posted on our web site (

*Tuition remains the same regardless of how many classes attended in any given month.

*We do not offer make-up lessons.  Make it a priority for regular class attendance.

*Missing too much class may jeopardize your daughter’s performing spot.

*If your daughter has a performance day conflict and does not give us ample notification, or simply does not        show up (Except in emergencies) she will not be allowed to perform at the next performance!

**Do not park in the handicap parking – when picking up or dropping off.  Do not park in the driving areas while waiting to pick up.  It endangers students trying to go around you to get to their cars that are parked.

Only the best teachers can create the best students

Jolleys Gymnastic Tumbling Staff

We have wonderful teachers that have a passion for helping their students excel. They are experienced and have the student’s safety as a priority. You can also count on them to be good role models with high moral standards. We also have the best of class assistants (mostly past students) who know our program inside and out, and are loyal to the studio and what we are trying to accomplish here at “Jolley’s Gym”.
