What a difference a day makes. Based on the Governor’s announcement yesterday afternoon we are revising our plan for Jolley’s Gym.
Effective Monday March 16th Jolley’s Gym will implement a soft close. All currently scheduled classes, clinics, and private lessons are cancelled. Please read below for important information and our specific plans for the two week soft close.
- We are crediting all students half of March’s monthly tuition towards future tuition. Later today you will be receiving a statement showing the balance due or credit on your account. This statement balance will be with the credit applied. Please contact us if you have any questions on your account.
- All private lessons currently scheduled and paid for with our teachers will be rescheduled for a Saturday in March or after we reopen. The teachers will be going through their private lessons and contacting you to work out the details.
- Starting Monday the 16th, Jolley’s Gym will be offering half hour private lessons throughout the day for individual students or sisters from the same household. Doing this will achieve the goal of social distancing while allowing for continued progress by the students. The private lessons will be $25 for a half hour, payable to Jolley’s Gym. We’ve created a SignUpGenius which can be accessed via jolleysgym.com. You can also go there directly using this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/9040848ADAD2CA6FD0-jolleys. Please prepay online for any private lessons you sign up for. If the times currently available fill up, we will be adding more slots and a third room. So, check back if you don’t get a spot immediately. We will allow students to sign up for one lesson per day. You will need to have a zero balance, or credit, to sign up for private lessons.
- We will be updating information on our website and social media (Facebook and Instagram). Please follow us on those platforms for continued information. We will also be posting daily workouts that students can do at home to keep up their skills and strength.
Thank you for supporting us as we follow the advice of health professionals to stem the tide of this crisis. We love teaching your daughters and will truly miss them during this break. We hope that following these protocols will help alleviate some of the concern and protect our students, staff, and their families during this time. Keep Calm and Tumble On.
